Mono 24 is a 24 GHz ISM microwave radio link.

Mono 24 has one radio module and a 35 dBi parabolic (directional) antenna. In contrary to many microwave radio links,
Mono 24 is a very compact solution. It is not divided into separate IDU and ODU (In-Door and Out-Door Units). Instead,
a heavy-duty enclosure houses all electronics and RF elements inside. Whole device weights 4.5 kg and uses the PoE
(Power over Ethernet) standard for data and power transmission over twisted-pair cable.

The device uses an improved version of the MRTP protocol designed on purpose for
the Mono series, which uses precise TDD (Time-Division Duplex).

Performance

effective TCP/IP bandwidth for 40 MHz-wide channel: 45 Mbps in each direction = 90 Mbps aggregated
range: max 15 km, ETSI 5 km
packet performance: over 60 000 pps

Features

	innovative radio transmission protocol: MRTP
radio bandwidth is the bandwidth available "on interface"
		concurrent frame fragmentation and aggregation
		asynchronous retransmission
automatic selection of modulation, frame size and transmit power
modes of minimal latency and strict ordering of Ethernet frames
AES-CCMP encryption with automatic key negotiation

operation in IEEE 802.3 (Ethernet) bridge mode
		STP protocol support (IEEE 802.1D)
fully transparent, especially to VLAN traffic (IEEE 802.1Q)
		Ethernet frame filter
support for ARP, DHCP, SMB and PPPoE protocols
support for destination MAC address translation (MAC DNAT)

		QoS support

	simple usage and installation
PoE (Power over Ethernet) support (IEEE 802.3af)
		automatic antenna polarization selection
		automatic radio parameters selection
		small dimensions and low weight
		advanced, multilingual web interface
interactive, real-time graphical statistics of the device
multilingual, simple command line interface accessible via SSH protocol
		SNMP diagnosis

	device warranty: 24 months
