Note: Encryption cannot be turned off, therefore Duo 5 with firmware upgraded to version 1.9 won't be able to connect to a peer having firmware version 1.8 or earlier. If you don't have an access to both sides of the link independently, remember to upgrade the remote peer first. Otherwise, you will need to revert firmware of local device back to 1.8 in order to regain connectivity and then properly repeat the upgrade procedure.
